From following and running to leading, China's speed has set off a whirlwind of "Chinese efficiency" in the world. In the field of construction, "China's speed" results are flourishing, and "China's efficiency" is everywhere.
The intelligent terminal equipment production and processing project of Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone"), which is designed by Shanxi Architectural Design and Research Institute, is one of the true portraits of "China speed" and "China efficiency".
Intelligent terminal equipment production and processing project, located in Xiaohe Industrial Park, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, is one of the provincial key "ten-billion intelligent terminal manufacturing industrial projects". The total investment exceeds 600 million yuan, the total land area is about 84,000 square meters, the total construction area is about 209,000 square meters, and the building height is about 23.9 meters. Including 7 multi-storey factory buildings, 1 power room, 3 dormitory buildings and supporting underground garage. Based on the construction of "standardized" factory buildings and dormitory buildings for employees, the project focuses on the 5G intelligent information technology industry and takes advantage of preferential policies of Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone to build a multi-dimensional public service platform of "government, production, learning, research, application, capital and communication" for enterprises. After the completion of the project, it will further accelerate the industrial agglomeration of Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration zone, and provide strong support for Shanxi Province to build a modern industrial system supported by advanced manufacturing.
#1 Replicable construction concept with efficiency first
The construction period is tight, the volume is large, the quality requirements are high, the intelligent terminal equipment production and processing project construction process is the main characteristics. The first floor of each workshop is 8.4 meters high, and the second, third and fourth floors are 4.8 meters high, which can be said to be a production workshop "tailored" for intelligent manufacturing production.
#2 Prefabricated "construction" certification of Chinese speed
When it comes to "China speed", prefabricated buildings have the first say. In 2020, when the novel coronavirus epidemic was rampant, the construction of Huoshenshan and Leishenshan, which mainly consisted of prefabricated steel structures, fully demonstrated the characteristics of prefabricated buildings, which are fast, efficient, safe and stable, green and energy saving. In recent years, under the guidance of the national "dual carbon" policy and the good news of policies issued around the country, prefabricated buildings have entered the fast track of development.
"The assembly rate of the intelligent terminal equipment production and processing project reached more than 70 percent, which is another bright spot of the project." "The biggest technical difficulty of the project was the installation of the steel structure. In order to overcome the technical "barrier" and run out of the "Chinese speed", the project team makes overall planning and unified layout: the technical team generates the site installation layout and component list through BIM technology, which greatly improves the processing speed and site construction speed of the steel structure; The measurement team uses theodolite and level to control the dimension and elevation of the axis of the steel column, and uses total station for fine correction, which improves the machining precision of the steel structure and the on-site installation precision. The construction team shall simultaneously construct the working surface of the workshop and carry out the flow operation to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and the quality of the project is all up to standard.
The production and processing project of intelligent terminal equipment successfully completed all node tasks and objectives, and won the honorary title of "Sanjin Model Steel Structure Project" in the second half of 2021 by Shanxi Steel Structure Association. The "China speed" reflected in the construction process is due to the extensive application of prefabricated steel structure buildings. With light weight, strong stability, short construction time, good seismic resistance, recycling and other advantages, prefabricated steel structure buildings show an increasingly important attitude in the field of green building.
