The Jiangsu Phase III project of CSIA is composed of multiple single-storey and multi-storey buildings with the longest span of more than 400 meters, which belongs to the type of super-large building.

Due to the strict environmental requirements for the production of new energy power batteries, including load, fire protection, cleanliness, air temperature and humidity, air conditioning and refrigeration system, electrical system, etc., in view of the reality of large plant load and large column spacing, the production workshop of the Jiangsu Phase III project of Zhongchuang Aviation adopts concrete main structure. The exterior building materials were selected from the Wiskind COLORPOD ®Sandwich Panel series Lishui Ripple and V8 ripple products to meet the requirements of Class A fire protection and meet the indoor cleanliness requirements of production.

As a prefabricated green building material, COLORPOD ®Sandwich Panel products use a new generation of staggered double support groove and polyurethane edge, the plates are connected by the center joint, with superior wind resistance and air tightness, waterproof and fire performance is excellent, thermal insulation performance also exceeds the industry standard. The plate is prefabricated by the factory, which greatly saves the on-site manual installation, improves the construction efficiency, and reduces the waste of construction waste and building materials.

The combination of Lishui ripples and V8 ripples not only increases the aesthetics and cleanliness of the interior production space, but also ensures the uniformity of the building facade.
