Beijing Daxing National Grain Reserve Warehouse finished grain logistics warehouse project and building warehouse project, is an important part of the construction of Beijing grain and oil security system, located in the east of Dazhuang village, Huangcun town, Daxing District "Beijing Daxing National Grain Reserve warehouse", the total construction area of 142,899.265 square meters, planning to build 5 low-temperature finished products warehouse, 4 buildings, As well as 1 power center building, 2 railway sheds, 1 proposed finished product warehouse, 1 proposed warehouse and auxiliary equipment room, among which the total storage capacity of 5 low-temperature finished product warehouses serviced by wiskind architectural steel is about 50,000 tons; The total storage capacity of the four buildings is about 200,000 tons.

The project is strategically located about 15 kilometers away from Beijing Daxing International Airport and about 100 kilometers away from Xiongan New Area, and is connected to several expressways such as Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao, Beijing-Kai and Beijing-Tianjin-Tang. The project organically combines the shelf integrated intelligent finished products warehouse and the building mechanized finished products warehouse, adopts advanced storage structure and methods, improves the utilization rate of land, increases the scale of grain reserves, and builds a modern and intelligent grain and oil emergency support center integrating reserve logistics, grain and oil food processing and science and technology research and development through high-level and high-standard modern storage equipment.

Green construction to ensure "the world's granary"

Beijing Daxing National Grain Reserve refined grain logistics warehouse project and building warehouse project, adhere to the concept of green development, to standardize storage facilities, technical equipment modernization, grain storage measures scientific standards to build grain and oil storage system. According to the requirements of process operation and storage, the warehouses with different types of functions are arranged in series and enclosure, and organically combined with the circular road and courtyard landscape in the park, so as to achieve reasonable layout, storage safety and flexible mobilization, and form an efficient and orderly modern granary park.

High-density thermal insulation, fireproof and water-resistant rock wool is used as the core material, and polyurethane edge sealing is used to effectively block heat transmission, increase air tightness, and avoid condensation on the internal surface of the warehouse (including the thermal bridge part), so that the grain can be preserved longer. Considering the different functions of each of the five finished product storehouses, two thicknesses of Wiskind's COLOR® series sandwich board products are used, which are laid horizontally and connected with vertical purlin at the middle gap. Decorated with colored steel plates, it brings super-flat appearance effect and creates a modern sense of simple atmosphere on the building facade. In this project, bone white C802, medium gray C902, medium gray C90V three colors are applied, and the glass window is in a strip pattern, the outside of the orange frame of the long strip panel, the entrance and exit are equipped with orange trapezoidal canopy, which adds brightness and vitality to the original square cube building, but also highlights the modern sense of enterprise.
