The overall layout of the Hengshui Yiling modern Chinese medicine industrialization project adopts the structure of "one core, one district, two wings and five groups". The "One core" is the entrance and the main square. "Area 1" means the production and living assistance service area in the southern part of the Plant. "Two wings" refers to two logistics functional areas. "Five groups" refers to the TCM decoction piece area, preparation area, extraction area, health food area and power area of public works.

The project is located in Hengshui Gucheng County Yiling Pharmaceutical Factory area, the factory west west Ring road, south Rongxing Road, the east side of the Aoguan Street, the north side of the Dongfang Red Road, the local traffic and transportation conditions are good. The factory has four entrances, namely two people gate and two logistics gate, the people gate is located in Rongxing Road and Aoguan Street, and the logistics gate is located in the west ring Road of the factory. The project is located in the south of the west side of the factory. The west side of the three-dimensional warehouse is close to the logistics entrance, the north side is the extraction workshop, the east side is the product warehouse, and the south side is the finished product warehouse. The project is composed of two warehouses: Stereoscopic warehouse 1 and stereoscopic warehouse 2. The building skin dimensions of stereoscopic warehouse 1 and stereoscopic warehouse 2 are 224.17m long, 54.03m wide and 23.95m high, covering an area of 6,078.38㎡, with a total construction area of 8,396.25㎡, steel frame structure, light steel roof and four floors on the ground. The warehouse storage is classified as class C (2), and the fire resistance grade is two.

All design revolves around function

The height of the automated warehouse mainly refers to the height of the drug shelf in the storage area, which directly affects the floor area, investment cost, return on investment, loading and unloading efficiency of overweight transportation machinery and maintenance costs.

The shelf height of this project is designed to be 19.2m according to the comprehensive analysis of the production capacity of goods, pallet size, quantity and packaging form of the production line in the factory. There is a certain equipment space at the bottom of the shelf and about 1m space at the top of the shelf for the installation of fire pipes, fans, lighting, shelves and installation and operation space. The entrance area of the three-dimensional warehouse is made into four layers, each layer is 5.5m high, mainly in the storage of auxiliary materials packaging, the inspection area of finished products, and the finished products of air conditioning equipment. The receiving and dispatching area is a platform for loading and unloading, receiving, handling and dispatching goods. The middle part of the three-dimensional warehouse (1, 2) shares the unloading platform, the height of which is designed to be 0.9m, and its length is equal to the size of the short side of the loading and unloading warehouse. The storage location of the goods is generally determined by the layout of the palletizer, and the operation efficiency is highest when the storage location is on both sides of the cargo platform. The outbound location is arranged according to the freight flow line. The stacker plays a key role in the three-dimensional warehouse. In this project, the stacker is arranged in the roadway of the track, the roadway width is 1.8m, the stacker is a single column type, and each stacker can serve the storage of 1 to 2 roadways.

The exterior design of this project is guided by the internal function, and the principle is simple and practical, beautiful and generous, and economical and applicable. The whole facade is based on the solid surface, and some point Windows are set according to the functional requirements. The awning of light steel structure is used between the three-dimensional library, and the overall color is mainly industrial gray. At the same time, the expression of the texture and light sense of metal sheet is combined, fully reflecting the standardized characteristics of industrial buildings. The automatic three-dimensional warehouse adopts steel frame structure, aiming at its poor fire resistance and high warehouse height, adopts internal and external fire protection design measures to improve the fire resistance limit of the main load-bearing components, and is coated with new efficient fire retardant paint. Design a fire rescue space of 10~12 meters around the three-dimensional warehouse.
