Yixing Central project completed, wiskind set a new benchmark for efficient and quality delivery

Efficient construction and excellent building solutions

This year, wiskind participated in the construction of Central's new Pingku project in Yixing, covering an area of about 72,700 square meters. Wiskind from May 12 to July 15 completion, during the heavy rain weather shut down for 23 days. Under the tight construction period and multiple cross-work environment, the trapezoidal library, 128 square library and 130 square library all completed the construction content in strict accordance with the quality and quantity of the design drawings, showing Wiskind's professional strength and project management ability in the complex construction environment, and won the customer's high evaluation.

In this project, Wiskind wall veneer is used for the facade, and Wiskind MR9 vertical lock joint roofing system is installed for the roof. This single-layer metal roofing system does not damage the coating while ensuring the quality of the lock joint, ensuring the reasonable service life of the steel plate, and providing superior waterproof performance, wind resistance and good durability to protect production equipment and materials. At the same time, thanks to wiskind's standardized pre-punching technology and the ease of installation of this product, accurate and efficient construction is achieved.

Green alliance for smart manufacturing

Over the years, wiskind has always adhered to the mission of "providing high-quality building solutions for the upgrading of the intelligent manufacturing industry", which is in line with TCL Central's unremitting pursuit of intelligent manufacturing transformation. In fact, as early as 2022, wiskind and Central Materials have cooperated to provide a series of high-quality green building materials for Yixing's annual output of 30GW of high-purity solar ultra-thin silicon single crystal materials smart factory project.

The project, with a total investment of 3.2 billion yuan, aims to use and expand the Central Industrial Park to further enhance the research and development and production capacity of ultra-thin silicon monocrystalline materials.
